PROGRAM MANAGEMENT

The mission of our Program Management team is to provide resources and expertise to supplement our client’s staff as needed. The expertise required may include:

• Identification of funding sources
• Preparation of grant applications
• Development of multi-year programs (budgets and schedules)
• Master planning
• Construction Engineering Inspection (CEI)
• Presentations to political and/or public groups to explain programs and policies
• Managing projects through the Plan Development Program
• Inspection for permit compliance

Recent examples of our Program Management work include:

Jackson County, Georgia
Development of the program—including budget and funding requirements—for the County’s multiyear program for transportation infrastructure improvements. Preparation of displays to explain the program to the Board of Commissioners.

Paulding County, Georgia
Supplementing/enhancing staff in the Community Development Department for Zoning Review, Plan Approval and Development Inspection and Reporting for Environmental Compliance, particularly for Erosion & Sedimentation Control.
