ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS YOU WILL BE A PART OF:

  • Develop winning proposals that align with the company’s growth objectives
  • Prepare, assemble, and ensure delivery of standard government format and custom RFP/RFQ responses
  • Collaborate with internal and external management and technical staff in organization and development of proposal sections
  • Develop GDOT and other state, county, and city prequalification packages
  • Develop and maintain marketing collateral, including updates to master resumes, project descriptions, and related data in a database
  • Have excellent writing, proof-reading, and editing skills, including proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting
  • Provide general support to the marketing department

  • Is a self-starter with strong organizational, file management, and time management skills

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 – 4 years of experience in the A/E/C industry
  • Strong proficiency in Word and the full suite of Microsoft Office 365 products
  • Experience in Adobe InDesign a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred
